- Environmental case against rock quarry and State of Alabama for sinkholes, diversion of a stream and endangered species with U.S. Fish & Wildlife
- Five cases against drivers who inured operator/driver of a motorcycle
- Environmental case against rock quarries for sinkholes, diversion of a stream and nuisance (longest trial in Lee County and 1.1 million dollar verdict)
- Successfully defended fraternity accused by Auburn University of violating Title IX (sex discrimination). Auburn University sought to evict them from their fraternity house and to strip their fraternity status (trial).
